I made a support request yesterday and it about over 12 hours and till now didn’t receive a message with ticket id !. So i may need to make a new support request, or what i should do, because my support request is very critical issue for me, so i want to know if my support request valid and sent.
Have you tried to check your Spam folder? From my experience, I got the email in 5-10 minutes, 12 hours is not normal.
If you didn’t get the email with ticket ID, then it is better to submit new ticket again and tell support that you didn’t get your previous ticket ID…
