Hi, I was facing problem submitting update for my item e-cart. I had tried more than 10 times but I did not able to submit it. File size was less than 150MB and when I had tried to submit update file it always showing me 405 not allowed.I need to give update for that template. Its really very urgent. here is the screenshot for for the error I had faced http://d.pr/i/dhXs. I had contacted support for the problem but after 3 days when I did not got any answer I had submit another ticket to know the previous ticket condition but did not got any response. My first inquiry ticket ID was “Ticket ID: YTJ-727-70001” and the 2nd one is “Ticket ID: HYD-426-95541”. All of my clients who already bought the template http://themeforest.net/item/ecart-responsive-virtuemart-ecommerce-template/3740001 they are asking support for updating virtuemart or joomla 2.5.9 so I was trying to submit the update for e-cart but still I did not able to submit it. I think support need to response very quickly. Its very important for the marketplace. If need there can be increase support staff its my personal advice but from my view support need to response less than 12 hours. Thanks

In the meantime, just so we cover all bases, have you tried clearing the cache, and or/ using a different browser?

Hi, I had tried with several browser today like Firefox,IE10 etc even reinstall everything but did not work.Its now showing waiting for themeforest.net and showing me that more than 2 or 3 hours. Here is the screenshot for it. http://d.pr/i/I5iu for IE10 and http://d.pr/i/qsJl for firefox. It just waiting and waiting but did not completed successfully.Please check the issue.I had tested my internet speed and also uploaded the file to tf everything was normal. Thanks

Hi, I had tried with several laptop in several time today.Same result here. My internet connection is ok. I am using 1MBPS Dedicated internet line and upload speed is fine here. I also tried with FTP also but same result.I am trying to submit update from 15 days ago and already tried more than 50 times in several time of the day and night but same result. In this I also submit Metro template and its uploaded successfully but don’t know why its showing problem for this template.http://vimeo.com/62817459 check this video here I had recorded the problem and advice me.Its really loosing my profit from sell. I need to update the item. There some clients already give us complain for update. Now its very important to update quickly. Please help.

Hi again ThemeRox, do any of the files inside your main_file.zip have a non-english character in the naming? Sometimes when our system detects a chinese, crylic, or any non-UTF character, it may cause the process to act up. You can also try the uploading process via FTP, and see if that solves the issue.

Hi, Checked everything file name,file version etc everything. Uploaded again by ftp.Everything is perfect without submitting. Same error. 405 not allow. do not know what is happening with me. Need help. what is 405 not allow error? I had tried with all possible way checked file name everything is fine. I am submitting screenshot about error, Files details I was submitting etc please check and advice me.Today I had tried 5 times and same error. Error : http://d.pr/i/98nU Files : Main_file.zip contains 2 folders here http://d.pr/i/GmN In the 2 folder there another main_file contains 6 zip folder http://d.pr/i/jzI6 And in another one update folder contains updated file with latest virtuemart http://d.pr/i/mtRm Advice ASAP please. Hi ThemeRox, due to the recent holiday/weekend, a technical reply may take a bit longer, but rest assured that we are doing our best to detect the problem in oder to provide a resolving solution.

Since this seems to be an isolated issue, please bear in mind that it may require a longer time frame for an accurate and definite response. Thank you for being so patient.

In the meantime, if anyone else would like to shed some light on what could be causing this 405 error, please feel free to contribute to the thread. Thanks!

got this problem while trying to upload with chrome. After filling all the form options and press the upload button the error appeared. just used ftp and firefox after that.

maybe try a different browser/computer.

also clear the cache using the browser options or CCleaner

There were no problem in chrome or in file naming or other browser issue. After long time letter At last today I had successfully submitted update the same file which I did not able to upload before for 405 error. So confused about what was wrong. :(
