Hey guys. Three weeks ago I uploaded AE template “Rabbit Busines Card” that I thought would have a blast here – http://videohive.net/item/rabbit-business-card/3059490 but…..
No luck at all. This is by far THE BEST project I ever did and it doesn’t sell at all. Where did I do wrong?
Maybe I am not seeing something? Maybe I became blind after working on this project for few months, or what? Please tell me you what think?
Please give critiques for it – what is wrong in that picture?

It appeals to a very specific type of buyer, in this case maybe someone looking for an Easter themed video. That is my reasoning for the low sales.

I really like that project, don’t understand why it doesn’t sales. Maybe, as GrizzleFX, is the wrong season.

Now as you mention bunny being a easter thing, then maybe I can see some problem in it. Well, that’s one problem when you work alone and don’t get much of a feedback at your place:) You end up making awesome stuff that no one needs. At least now:)
Any ways, thanks guys for your input. Will have to figure out some character that is not related to any holiday:) What could that be?

Just replace your search words (box,rig,pixar) with strong like… corporate,broadcast,marketing,product, promote,promotion,web,tv …these will help you i guess

The animation is lovely, but you’ve got to ask yourself how many business are going to want to advertise their company with a big carrot eating rabbit on a spring that springs out of a stack of presents. It’s not even Easter. It’s Easter and Christmas rolled into one.
That’s the thing about Videohive (and stock in general), it’s not just about great execution, it’s about targeting an audience in a way that is generic, to appeal to the most people, but doesn’t feel generic, so it doesn’t feel like stock.
Your project isn’t selling, because despite great execution, you have sought out a niche so small that it’s virtually non-existent.
