I’m wanting to distribute a matching theme for Vanilla (forum software) with my GamePress theme (basically offering a free Vanilla theme with each purchase).
Will I also be allowed to sell the Vanilla theme separately for those who want that theme but don’t want to buy GamePress?

I would say you could probably submit the Vanilla theme to the “Misc” category.
I’m not staff, so don’t take my word for it, but I’m pretty sure you can do that.
