Is this happened to someone else..?

Sorry if this breaks any Forum Rules, but at my newest item’s page, at the bottom of the screen More items by Bedros section shows the current item, not the other one as it should be.
Any thoughts..?

Edit: I updated the thumbnails and Now it does the same thing with my previous item

it’s happening to me too..when I open one of my items, it shows the same item again at the end instead of the other one. Edit:it’s only happening with my recent item. The other one shows up correctly.

Same thing here… Actually for me it shows 7 newest ones sorted by upload date, and including the one which I’m viewing.

@Bedros, it’s not fixed. when I open your second item on your portfolio, it still shows the link for the same at the end..

I think some ancient powers try to tell us “make files more unique”

I noticed that also some time ago. I have 3 items lets name them A, B, C
Item A shows A,C
Item B shows A,C witch is OK
Item C shows A,C

I think a proper way to show them is
Item A shows B,C
Item B shows A,C
Item C shows A,B

This was a know issue, they already aware. But who cares about such micro glitches. The amount of time spent by the authors digging this issue is huge comparing to the time it takes to just fix it. Someone just hesitating to add a +1 or -1 while handling array data. Show one extra item and problem solved; this way no items will be invisible, while the cache-ing can be the same as of now .

They only need to remove the ID of current item from the other items sql query.

^ The list of items showed there doesn’t changes item to item (of an author). For any given instance, same list is visible for an author’s all the items. So probably they do this way to reduce cache. If that is the case, it is better to show total items rather than total-1.

With current method, what they achieved is showing the same item link on current page but missing one another item. Kudos.

Again, it is waste of time thinking about someone else’s job.

I think this is an important issue and this is regardless how it is easy to fix it.
An author simply misses a one possible chance to show his/her other item to potential customers.
We need all of the possible chances and opportunities…
