hi i have designed a template for Joomla in T3 framework and i have sent it to TF, but they rejected it. i would like to know in which reasons they have been rejected that, and i want to know your opinion about making this template better

please note that this is JUST my opinion 
Ok, at the first look ( took the look at the home page only) it looks messy – it lacks visual hierarchy, structure and alignments. No consistency in elements organization. You should add more space (paddings, margins …) between elements.
The circles looks grained, they are not clear, especially on hover zoom (enlargement).
There is absolutely no space for site branding (logo etc) ...
It looks to me that you’ll need to give a lot more of work into this …. 
Did you look at other items in Joomla templates section ?
