Sorry to hear that guys. :( We are still waiting on PayPal for an update. I hope we can inform you that everything is fine soon.

Videohive not being equal to all buyers…

Why do I have to pay $2 dollars every time when I make purchase with paypal…

If I buy 2 $3 dollar items, I end up paying 4 dollars EXTRA …

That’s not FAIR at all..

Hi Jon, as Rafael mentioned above, it all depends on what kind of deposit you are most confortable with. If you choose to purchase one item at a time, you will indeed pay the full price of each item, with an added $2. Which brings us to the most common, and preferred method – Prepaid Deposits.

By using prepaid deposits, you will be discounted $2 on every purchase, and not only have the available credit for future/multiple purchases, but the perk/privilege of not having to deposit and go through the payment process every time you need to buy an item.

In the end, you do have alternatives. It all depends on your budget and what works best for you.

Hi everyone,

Still no update from PayPal, meanwhile if you are experiencing the error message we suggest you: - Use MoneyBooker instead - Or use a different PayPal account

Obviously this is not ideal but until the issue is resolved these are the best options.

@ericbthe1 sadly the Birthday Bundle will not be launched again until next year, however, we have another fantastic Bundle coming up soon, so keep an eye out on Twitter and Facebook.

We have a ton of customers experiencing the same problem. The work around that I have found that works is to clear your cookies and cache and then you will be able to purchase. It took me a while to replicate the issue but once I was able to replicate the same issue our customers were having, I deleted my cookies & Cache and i was able to purchase through paypal, I have confirmed with a handful of customers that this is a viable solution. Hope this helps!
