Thanks Contrast, since I already had a thread about Italy and withdraw, I thought was useless to open another one :D

Anyway, sure, I’d call my bank if they would give support on saturday… but isn’t the case.!
So I was wondering if any other Italian author heard about this.
And, since in Italy nowadays they are creating a billion ways to steal our money, it’s also a warning

@Ricky, piĆ¹ facile a dirsi che a farsi. With big amounts of money italian Fisco is always looking over your shoulder and I’m a partita IVA..!

@LCweb, Having a bank account abroad it’s like being a traveller. I opened like 4 bank accounts in 4 different countries when i was working and travelling and Italy never asked me anything about it BUT, I don’t have a P.IVA so fisco have absolutely no idea of what I’m doing. What if you are a freelancer and travel/work around the world and never spend more than 1 month in the same country?

For the italian laws you must spend at least 6 months + 1 day in a foreign country to not pay italian taxes. Then, no, your not ok with Italy :D

FYI: the news is correct. Without an auto-certification, made by an accountant, banks today will take a 20% from your Envato SWIFT.

Be careful guys..

Bonifici dall’estero, il Tesoro sospende la ritenuta del 20%

The Law has been suspended apparently, no more 20% deductions on your Envato SWIFT :)

yes the tax has been removed (e meno male cazzo!) and i received my withdrawl entirely today with payoneer… this taxation was totally non-sense and it was creating more problems then real benefits for people like us who works with P.IVA…

If you travel but your residence is in Italy, you should pay taxes in italy… if you are honest… but i guess being italian means everyone is smarter then all the others right? :|

I read “suspended”.. and being Italy, I don’t trust them. So, keep your eyes on it. :)
Being a huge source of money, is easy to re-enable the law in a couple of minutes

Speammu ben.. I was already searching for a foreign bank :D

Sure I’m honest, when I worked in Australia i paid local taxes and so I did when I worked in other countries. Now I’m in Italy but with the small amount of money I make from Envato I’m not even required to open a P.IVA yet, so for now I just put my envato savings in a foreign moneysaver :)
