How long can an item be held?

Hi, just-in-case From my experience an item is usually held between a couple of hours up to maybe 48h but that rarely is the case. Don’t worry you’ll get an email pretty soon telling you what needs to be modifieid if any.

If the item staus is “held by the review team” – means, the reviewer needs a second opinion or some help with it. This could take up to a week. Thats only MY experience and not an official statement

Be patient and work on something else in the meantime

When one of my items has been held it took about 3 days. Then item have been approved without any letters or notes from Envato.

One of our songs was held 6 days i recall. No need to worry It had also positive extra feedback

EDIT . checked out timestamp + email so it was 6 days
