Feature request:

Just make reply button more evident – maybe wack it on every child comment, not just the originating parent comment.
Just a little frustrating with multiple people requesting item support on different topics and comments end up all over the joint. Makes it harder not just for the author to see the comment history, but for others who are trying to follow the same series of events. Possibly these sort of support comment threads are more evident in the php category.

It’s not very evident that you can reply to a comment, when that link is only on the first comment.

I was always wondering who first started to post support questions into Comments. Comments are for general item comments, not for support questions imo. I know it’s a llittle late for these changes, but who knows… I would vote for new support section under each item which only users who bought the item could saw. This way it only messes everything up. Maybe something like private support forum/thread for each item…

General comments are usually the first 10 replies, by people calling “Nice” and “Awesome!”. Then, after that, you’ll find support questions. This seems to work just fine – except for the reply button issue that dtbaker mentions
Absolute +1 on your idea, dtbaker

this would be a great idea and a feature that shouldnt be missed anyway. since there are nested comments everywhere – envato should update this too. i always had problems to follow entries with more quotes included. the problem i had is, there was never a name shown from whom this quote came. its not that i am lazy or its not worth to re-read what all of you posted earlier or sharing your knowledge, techniques and more… count me in, +1 for this. glad you started this, already started a todo list, and this feature was included.
lord i love my post-its!

and get rid of the lightbox, just use a editinline box. It hard to read the comments when a lightbox hovers above it

yup, the number of times i’ve had to copy something i’ve written, close the lightbox, read the past comment, then open the lightbox and paste .. etc..
