We had a new WP theme submitted that was on our dashboard for 12 hours, then it disappeared about 8 hours ago but we have not received any emails or messages about its approval or rejection. the HTML is already in the marketplace so the WP should of been approved.
What has happened? Its like it disappeared or was deleted? Can an admin look into this for us please?
Did you check your spam folder on email?
Check the hidden items tab. If it’s not there, it means it was rejected.
We never got any emails at all, not in spam or anything. The item just disappeared, no rejection or acception and its not hidden either.

Theme fairy took it because you were misbehaving

Its definitley weird, but I did find some other threads that had the same issue. We resubmitted it and are waiting, but its very frustrating, wasted 2 days total.
Maybe you changed your settings.
Go to “My Settings”, you will see a checkbox which says ” Send me an email when my items are approved or rejected? “
Is it selected ?
Nothing changed, those options are selected. Its strange, we just resubmitted so its all we can do I guess.

Thanks Ivor, something happened with our email server then. We checked spam folder and everything, somehow no email made it over to us so we dont know why it was rejected and dont know what to fix or change on it. The HTML was accepted so it cant be to difficult to change for the WP version. If our server was down then maybe the demo was down which is why it got rejected.
It was submitted again this morning, and we changed the email on file to one we know works 100% of the time. Maybe that was the issue with not getting the email.
Could you possibly resend the rejection email from yesterday? Or we could wait to hear about it again when it gets reviewed. We honestly thought it was removed or deleted from the que since we didn’t get the email response or see it on our hidden tab.
