Hi all!

I just found that most of my older stock footage items say “Photo Jpeg” while I have definetely more H.264 items than Photo Jpeg. Looks like that something were broken through items properties.

Is this a known issue? Shall I wait and hope for magical fix or I need to update them manually? – it’s difficult to remember for some items and takes time to check >200 items.

Please advise. This issue can confuse customers.

Webra, yes probably it was some bug and this happend after items update.

Looks like there is no ticket updates for more than 2 week? If it takes so long i can just manually update my items. Just want to make sure root of issue fixed to keep correct items info. Many other authors may be affected.

No i don’t have anything. Could you please advise from which email domain support email are coming so i can investigate with my email server.

Other emails from envato: accept-rejections, comments and other notifications usually come smothly.
