Sales go down :) but i think it’s temporary… I notice that there is a lot of new projects including mine with 20$+ price that have 0 sales…

Nice change… found a little problem though…

The author name gets cut off on the File page…

Everyone is happy on new changes ?
Personally, I preferred the previous version. Now, there are too many separate blocks and the author informations are positionated too bottom !!!

however, we will get used to this also :-)

Sooo….. I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes, just thought I’d voice my opinion here. Does the spacing between block elements in the sidebar bug anyone else? To me it feels like there’s too much spacing, which slightly disrupts the relationship between sidebar elements, making it feel a little awkward.

Here’s a screenshot of what I mean (the spacing between blocks in the sidebar).

On the left, the original. On the right, my version.

If we look at it from the “golden ratio” perspective of things, there’s 23px of space between the left and right column. So 12-14px of vertical space between block elements in the sidebar would go more along the lines of the golden ratio. In the screenshot, I actually used 10px though (what I liked best, lol). Closer spacing just makes the sidebar feel more unified in relation to the left column, at least to me, haha. In the screenshot I also tweaked the tag spacing and copyright spacing at the bottom.

I also noticed that posts in the forums have 9px of spacing between them, which might be why I feel like the new item page sidebar blocks should be closer. Anyway, just my OCD ’ness I suppose. :nerdy: ;)

Yes, right version has better spacing. I think also purchases/comments have to have more padding.

Jarel, you didn’t send the rejection mail to the devs? :p :D :nerdy:

@Jarel: I agree. And until now, I still can’t spot the comment number and purchase number on the first sight of an item page. Even though I already know the new position, but just… can’t spot them. I am too old…

One more thing. I don’t know if you guys have discussed it before, but where is the link to the collections including each particular item?

Yeah, I’m also missing the collections button :/

1st post in page4 from Jason:
Yes that was removed as usages(click throughs) were super low < 0.5% , we’ll be looking at resurrecting a feature similar to this down the track.

If you’re too old then perhaps I’m dead. I can’t spot them as well. :( It’s just that I totally scroll down to the page and then I remember it’s above. I guess we’re all really much used to those positions.
