Quick question here, I got an email yesterday from someone asking for some support. After clicking the link to check their purchases of my files and finding nothing I asked them for a license key. Oddly enough they sent back a valid key that checks out with their username. How is this possible?

By having a copy of the License Certificate, a .txt file which the original buyer can download.
The file contains a valid Licensee Username and Item Purchase Code.
I think that’s what you’re talking about, if not, disregard my comment. Also, If I recall correctly, the e-mail purchase data link expires after a week, so that itself could be an issue.

People have different accounts so that could be it
