Hello everybody. I would like to ask you if there is an option to check who exactly bought my item? Regards

Only if they comment on the item they purchased, other than that, no there is not a way.

Or if they send you an email via your contact form. That’s why, if someone asks for support, asking them to send you an email via your profile is always a good idea :)

Of course, how could I forget to mention that. :)

Quick question here, I got an email yesterday from someone asking for some support. After clicking the link to check their purchases of my files and finding nothing I asked them for a license key. Oddly enough they sent back a valid key that checks out with their username. How is this possible?

By having a copy of the License Certificate, a .txt file which the original buyer can download.

The file contains a valid Licensee Username and Item Purchase Code.

I think that’s what you’re talking about, if not, disregard my comment. Also, If I recall correctly, the e-mail purchase data link expires after a week, so that itself could be an issue.
