for me this has no transitions .. I cant see the navigation throughout the site , slider seems to be not centered , social section & footer are simple/plain .. but its a solid start , nice template ..

Make sure you follow some kind of vertical rythm – at the moment the padding/margins are inconsistent between the sections.

For example, the padding below the twitter “FOLLOW US!” is very small, while the footer has some HUGE padding top and bottom.

Try to figure out a baseline grid and stick to it throughout the whole site.

As Manuel said, you should add transitions (scroll down to section, scroll back to top).

PS: i’m in the same boat as you, trying to get my first item approved.. I am improving by the day, and i found out that looking at the item discussion thread is a great way to develop my design appreciation skills.. So, here are my 2 cents!

It’s a nice start, but it looks to static. Try adding more transitions/animations to it. Good luck.

Font is too large, reduce font, logo is not good, slider image is not good, twitter language is not english, image don’t have rollover animation effect, website is not responsive, and not based on bootstrap, you need rebuild it
