Background image looks bad but most importantly this design is WAY too plain. See for example this, nearly four years old 404 template, but even that old, it looks much more modern than yours. Work on your skills and don’t give up.

I agree , sections not send you to nowhere . Too plain & simple .. need more styles .

Sorry others are right – its not responsive, the design is far too plain and the colors do not really work. Typography and spacing also need work, as does the button and some form of features. Good luck
