Item Reviewers, there is a big problem

Here is the email I got:

Unfortunately your submission Baroness – Clean Tumblr Theme isn’t quite ready for ThemeForest and requires significant improvements and changes before it can be resubmitted and reconsidered.

Additionally, we have some extra feedback for you:

This is a resubmission of a previously rejected submission. Resubmitting without making the required changes or any improvements is not considered acceptable use of the Envato marketplaces and repeated attempts may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of authorship.

If this item was previously soft-rejected, please resubmit your updated files by updating the item directly. If this item was previously hard-rejected, it must be changed as required in the initial review or significantly improved such that it qualifies as a new item.

I try to stay calm and tell my problem. How can a theme be a “resubmission” if the design has changed about 70% and the coding about 20% ? My mind is just blown right now. I got rejected once, then twice and I was happy with those rejections, because I feel that those messages have helped me to improve my theme, but right now I am very surprised. Maybe the reviewer should clear his/her cache ?

I am very happy that mikedidthis gave me feedback after my second rejection. The picture is the only thing left of my older design.
