.....Why won’t buyers get these emails by default? We’re focused on the categories that typically need regular updates first, like themes, plugins and add-ons. If you can’t see the checkbox on your item and think its a good candidate, let us know…

Nice work. It will be a very useful feature!
It would be great to have an option to include a list of changes that gets emailed out to the users, but this is a very good start.
