I uploaded two hotfixes to my gallery and my shop 2 days ago and nothing changed since then. No problem if it takes a little longer since you guys are busy but even the regular upload queue was faster for me 
There is no way i can check the status my item updates right?

I think the update queue moves faster than new upload queue but weekends are exception. Sometimes I have seen the update made within 12 hours.

Yeah maybe its the weekend, i’ll wait patiently 
But would be a good idea to add the status of updates in the upload section.

3 days is ok Thats quite normal for the regular upload queue since there is so many authors.
My concern is the update queue. I updated 2 items 4 days ago and still nothing
