I’ve updated my item several times and it was always reviewed. but the 3 last updates didn’t change anything.

I submited a demo link twice but the “live preview” link does not appear

The last update was yesterday, or this morning, I added something extra to the description, it just got reviewed but the changes do not appear.

what’s wrong?

I have the same problem. The only thing that works for me is naming the preview.swf to something else ever time. It’s a cache problem, and unless the name isn’t different to the previous name, it won’t read the new file. Talk to Adrien about this, because he’s in charge of the updates :)

I did, this is the answer:

Dear krike,

Thanks for the email. To include a link to a live preview that you have set up, you will have to have the link posted in the item description. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

In the item update page, in the reviewer notes, that it where you need to put the URL for the live preview, put something like this:

Add a link to the live preview: [your link here]

That should work ;) You don’t need to upload anything or change te tags. You only need to, under the reviewer notes, put that text and press the submit button below that textbox. You don’t change the item description.

Similar problem here. I’ve tried updating the description of my item 3 times now. They approve it every time, but don’t update the description. I put a note to reviewer that the description is updated. I’ve emailed support.

Hopefully when the new site goes live tomorrow this will be resolved??
