curious someone who did a couple items on codecanyon a html5 audio player, and html5 video player, the audio player was removed a couple days ago, video player a month ago.
i tried sending the author a msg via profile but no word back its been about 3 weeks

There is nothing you can do really – the author maintains the right to remove their files with no warning and at any time. Envato is just a middle-man marketplace. Sorry

you can try to contact support, but if the author removed them and isn’t responding you won’t be able to get a real answer unfortunately.
There could be 1000s of reasons an author removes items, death, career change, not producing enough income etc…

When they have a tragedy in their family i think the removal of an item is the main problem. That will never ever be a cause or item removal.
