Have you had any problems with jquery ceasing to work once a plugin is loaded? This happens to me sometimes and I know it happens to customers, where halfway down the page when the plugin is first used the rest of the jquery effects on the theme will stop working. Or none of them work at all.
Just went through a bunch of trouble looking around for a plugin to fit my needs only to find out that jquery breaks once it is installed. What exactly is the problem and what can I do about this?

depends on if the plugin calls jquery/other script properly and if the theme is coded properly

Well my theme calls jquery properly with wp_enqueue_script in the functions.php and when I disable the plugin jquery works again. But there are a ton of files over 6 or 7 folders for the plugin. If I can just turn on where it calls jquery then that should work, but I can’t even figure out where it would be.
