Good morning/day,
just a useful info- if you’re using google hosted jquery, after the latest update loads of plugins won’t work properly(including isotope). I just had a problem with it and took me nearly half an hour to figure the problem. I suggest you to load older version and wait for the isotope/etc fix.
Edit: Please move it to the off-topic. Sorry, i haven’t slept in a while.

I have themes with isotope and jquery 1.8.2 and they work perfectly fine. There were absolutely no bugs.. Are you sure these are not your issues?

I think not. I was working on a project, refreshed the page and few of plugins gave me a similar notice. Later i’ve loaded an older version and everything got back to normal.
Also the latest version is 1.8.3 https://developers.google.com/speed/libraries/devguide#jquery

I still don’t have any issues(with 1.8.3).. What was the error(just out of curiosity)?
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘opera’ of undefined” for isotope.
Eh my bad, i’ve loaded it from http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.js it’s a 1.9.0 version. Updated on 2013-1-14
