I’m a final year electronic engineering student!
Lead Developer, I make stuff in my free time, thought it’d be practical to monetize that free time and thus we’ve codecanyon.
IF ANY OF u had 2 do a days work ‘proper bend your back’ you would be [cupcakes] ... that would be ’’SO HOLD ME IN YOUR AUTOMATIC ARMS ’ ELECTRONIC ARMS
Let’s see, I’ve done concrete construction, roofing, carpentry and other “bend your back” work. It got me nowhere making crap for money.
Make fun all you want tough guy, but the view of my bank account now sure is satisfying from this comfy desk chair.
Well I didn’t really choose my job, it chose me.
A year ago my daughter was diagnosed with a real bad disease and we thought we weren’t going to have her much longer. So instead of going back out in the work-world, a buddy of mine suggested I use some of my skills online.
He ran a small hosting company, signed it over to me and I took the reins since he didn’t want to anymore. Now I run a pretty successful small hosting company, develop websites and do various freelance work online.
And the best news of all… It’s been a year and I’ve still got my beautiful daughter and she’s still very healthy.
I’ve worked all kinds of jobs throughout my life but mainly worked in the Oil Patch here in BC and Alberta Canada. Ran Vacuum Trucks, worked on Drilling Rigs, Service Rigs, etc., you name it. Also was a Safety Supervisor for a few years but the job was awfully boring.
That’s my story
Here I am today
