Just purchased my 100th item! My support for Authors!

Today I purchased my 100th item and I have to say that it feels good. 40% of the money I make here gets spent here. Envato is really just a hobby of mine as I have a full-time job and I also have a few successful side projects that I work on as well.

Many times I find myself just browsing around and finding deals that I just can’t pass up. I use most of the items I purchase for one of my side projects, and some items I haven’t even found a use for yet, but that’s okay, they are still cool items!

I think 100 items is a pretty great milestone, it shows you how dedicated I am to providing support for the community and it’s authors.

By the way, I’m still looking for some featured authors on my blog site. If you are interested please message me my profile page.

With all respect to you and your decision, Patrik, I don’t think that falls under there. He is not providing services or is a competitor (as far as I know) and he is not promoting his items here..

Am I wrong?

Patrik I believe you are wrong here because this is a quote from Carmen on another post stating that it’s allowed as long as it’s not a competitor, which my site isn’t.

Hey guys, just to confirm, this thread is fine as long as you are not promoting any individual items or blogs that are offering competing services such as; theme shops, stock marketplaces etc (no matter how large or small) on the forums. We know this is a grey area, but we are doing our best to clarify the ‘promotion rules’ and they will be updated soon. Keep being awesome!

Xtrortionist, I’m well aware of what Carmen wrote in that thread and I strongly suggest you post your link in that thread rather than opening up a new one.

As I’ve said before… I’m becoming addicted to the simplicity and ease of purchasing PD photos!

No, you are right, it’s not a competitor site, it’s a site that helps this community at large.

Plus, this was already clarified by Carmen in another post, which I have quoted in my above comment.
