I have not signed any contract or promised to anybody

actually you did sign a contract when you get your ID from the state.

you had been recognized as citizen of the state when the state give your parents your birthday certificate and then you signed a full contract :) when you get your ID.
You too leave it man. I have never signed any contract that says I am to pay a monthly or yearly income tax.

actually I’m not joking. you got your ID, you accepted to be a citizen of the state and follow the mandatory rules from the constitution. that is a fully legal contract that you need to respect.

(you actually signed some papers when you got that ID, like really, you signed with a pen a real contract)

I have signed an ID request paper, that paper does not stipulate any term reffering to the tax or the mandatory character of the tax. It only states the fact that I am to keep it and present it to any government institution to identify myself. Nothing about the taxes.

You’re like a 3yrs old boy that’s sure Santa Claus still exists. Now ask me for a proof that it doesn’t.

Btw, if you think Automattic doesn’t pay taxes for the revenues generated with wordpress.com for example, you’re funny. You should go check with an tax consultant, you’ll be surprised. Or wait…you’ll tell him nobody can ask you to pay taxes.. LOL !

Btw, why does Google actually pay taxes? I mean, really, they’re quite stupid, they can keep all the money since nobody can force them to do so.

When someone will beat you on the street, I hope you don’t expect someone to actually pick you up and get you to the hospital and maybe help you, right?

P.S. Related to the above message, you signed a contract where you’re ok with all the rules of that specific country. If you kill someone, don’t tell me you’re free to do whatever you want and they can’t send you to jail because you didn’t sign a contract that you won’t kill someone. C’mon, prove you’re smart, at least in the end.

You did sign it, if you’re a citizen of Romania, a contract where you agree to all the rules(including the legal ones). BTW mods, you can close this thread, there’s no hope for this one. Just pray every night that nobody will actually care about you.
Have you found the law? I am still waiting.
is the constitution :)

The Constitution only states “contribution”, that is not “TAX”.

Please understand and leave this subject alone. I can see you have nothing to do with the law and / or the language of the law. I have to do with the law, I am an accountable and I know how things work because I’ve worked for 10 years with documents. I know that if you file no income tax as a company, nobody know how much you have to pay. As a company, if you file an income tax and you don’t pay, you are in trouble, if you file your income incorrectly to pay less tax, trouble again, BUT if you don’t file an income tax, your company is declared dead/bankrupt. Same with an individual. I can explain all in detail, but there is no need, you can read for yourself little brother, right here (it says “contribuabili”)

I’m pretty sure it says taxes there, more specifically, “citizens are obligated to contribute with taxes to the public spending”

I don’t know about other countries, but regarding Romania dnp_theme is right. So as long as you are not a “jurdic person”, not only you is not mandatory to pay taxes, but more than that, you can’t pay taxes event if you wish to pay.

Really? If you live in Romania and make money in Romania, you need to pay 16% of the income. End of story. And since you earn revenus from items that generate copyright rights, you need to become a PFA .

@FinalDestiny “persoanele fizice rezidente asociate cu persoane juridice române”, nu “persoane fizice”.

From your earnings, you should pay a tax consultant for one hour and you’ll find out that you need to pay taxes if you don’t believe most of the authors here. If you choose not to pay anything, that’s your decision, it’s your risk and I think it’s not worth it.

Btw, someone please lock this thread, this is getting nowhere, this kind of people that still think Santa exists will never be satisfied, they know everything, they can do whatever they want.
