I was looking on my items referrals and found a warez forum where a user posted a link with the latest update of my theme and I immediately remembered that exact unique username that asked support questions a while ago, is there any way we can stop such users so that they can’t spread our latest updates to our themes?

Same thing happened to me a few months ago, contacted support, gave proofs, name, twitter, urls, screens.

What did support do? Nothing.

Yes please open a Support ticket. However, it may be very difficult to prove conclusively. Support may not be able to disable an account without conclusive proof. Thanks!
