We’re using a Page on facebook, that way we don’t have to link to or own profiles, we just link to that page. We don’t get any support request from there, then again, we do not have that many followers…

It would be nice if the Facebook field was friendlier toward Pages and not Personal FB accounts. Currently the URL is mangled for Pages (though FB is smart enough to route it correctly).
