What does “Last Update” on Item Details page exactly mean? Did the author upload a new zip file or edit the description?

It means the date that te author last made an edit or changed something e.g code within the file. The description pretty much stays te same and that list of “updates” shows and alterations that have been made to the file

Hm, It seems the date is modified every time the author changes file description not only file packs… A little misleading.
