I did change two rules as we went:

  • We split the comp to have more prizes …
  • Initially it said the the original price would be used, but we dropped it because I got so many complaints after we changed file pricing on the site

Both changes were to make a better competition. I think Sams might be referring to the number of video colour combinations allowed? I don’t know, but don’t forget it does say that file approval is still up to the flashden staff and that sort of thing falls under that category.

Nonetheless, I apologize for making some rule changes, I evidently need more experience with running competitions :-) I never realised they got so intense!

Still it’s all very exciting, exactly one month to go today!

moreover i want to know elaborately on how you spilt the comp to have more prizes? Is there now three comp one for flash, one for video and one for font&audio?

Q1: So how many MAC are given away 2 or 3 ? Q2: Are there now three categories of competition 1st(flash), 2nd(video), 3rd(audio&font) ? or flash & video are still clubbed together ?

Personally I think the Video category should move to the Audio & Fonts category ;)
