Hello! Can someone tell me how to learn JS? Can you recommend me some books or video tutorials? What is the best? Thanks.

Look at the jQuery section. jQuery isn’t straight JavaScript though, it’s a JavaScript framework. If you want to learn straight JavaScript, I would recommend researching some good books. Most likely though, you’ll be learning jQuery at some point anyway. :-)

jQuery for Absolute Beginners Screencast Series is by Jeffrey Way and is a fantastic place to start.

I think that you better can start with jQuery and than normal JS. jQuery is easyer to learn.

jQuery is really easy to learn and doesn’t require knowledge of normal JS to start. ;-)

No, jQuery is just a javascript framework that speeds up development. You can do the same thing with both but jQuery will be faster and easier to accomplish most things with.

BTW , no questions are stupid questions. ;-)
