Hey guys, I’m new here in the site, and i have uploaded 2 projects already… a few hours ago someone bought one of my projects (called the elegant show) im NOT trying to advertise the project at all but the problem is that i got less money than i should have gotten.. it is not a big amount,l only one dollar, but i want to understand the problem…

The price displayed in the main interface is the price for non-prepay customers… ones who don’t have money deposited in an Envato account…. in this case $11. All other customers pay $10.
The vast majority of buyers do have Envato accounts, so you will have seen $4 if your rate is 40%.
