This a**hole is making a business with our work

I dont know if Envato allready does it, but they should take serious actions on this sites. I am in my county this is a very big crime and you would go in jail for that.

I have written to the dog and told him to take the files down, but I guess he will never reply.

Edit: Where should I send a DMCA , and does Envato offer us a sample text wich we can use?

Let me guess: gfx.master? It’s not for free, he has a commision for referring new users because you have to pay for download service. Anyway we don’t have a bean for our job! :/

There’s a **cking site where you can report the abuse but when you provide the link, there is a message saying that the file of that link is not available for download…... but I just made a download of the file so it works!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

The only solution is to fight them all bomber to bomber. Prepare your DMCA take-down notice ‘STATEMENT NOTE ’ to report the file through “ABUSE BUTTON .” Frustrate the jerk(s) and let them waste their time and money buying authors’ works and sharing to unknown thousands. If all authors will join hands and frustrate them all; a good number of them will get tired re-uploading the same item.

In addition, I hope Envato Team will also invest time to fight these people because we all are losing money from both sides.

Since yesterday, I have been battling with those jerks and reported them all to the site managers and they are deleting my works from their servers. I have been so busy and never had time, but this time, I will never seize to take them down and make sure that not even ONE of my item is found on any warez site.

DMCA TAKE -DOWN NOTICE example and remember to enter your real names and valid phone number and address so that the site managers will know that your request is valid and will immediately delete your files from their servers. Mine usually take 2-5 minutes. Frustrate them and make them waste their time and money!

I reported about this guy many times with support, I also provide links but files are still there. When you report/send DMCA to those sites they simply change the item url & told us your link is removed from our site. So If all authors will join hands and frustrate them all as mrcharlesbrown said. I think this is the only solution.
