License question from a customer

Hi!

I got an email from a customer asking about licensing and I am not sure about this so here it goes.

“I make product videos that show the products my store sells. I would like to use one of your songs, but am I allowed to use that song in all of the videos (they are the same, just showing a different product) with the regular license? The videos are never sold or anything, just shown on our product pages.”

Is this the regular license or the extended one?

Thanks for all the help you given me on the AudioJungle forum. Now I hope I can repay the favor.

The single license allows the users to use it in a single application. Therefore, his videos are considered a single application, as it’s apart of his business.

He may not sell the videos with the work within it. If he is selling videos, he will need to purchase the extended license.

Just for future reference, this is a good thread to refer people to when these types of questions come up. It is much more clear than the info that is easiest found in the wiki.
