License question - one site but several area's

Hi,

Sorry for asking this but I have to be sure.

I am working on a website but with several script in the website. So it has the normal website, and several subdomains, but its all one website.

The website is in the air for a few months but we are forced to redesign because the guy we hired 8 months ago for the designing says that we can only use his template for the number of pages he created, so that doesnt really work.

I saw a great template here on themeforest and I was wondering if the regular license is enough because it is one domain. I contacted support but werent able to help me.
