Last I heard it was too taxing on the server to show the complete list of followers. The best option right now is to refresh the page and you’ll get a new random sampling of followers.

How about when clicking on the … opening a new page with all the follower icons and a list of their new and/or top image. I would think that this would be of interest for buyers. I can see that this would more taxing on the server, but at least the list of all the followers/following should be ok.

It’s one of those mystery missing features for the marketplaces (I’m not 100% sure why a follow page has never been built) but not to worry it was added to a backlog of missing features just last month so all going we’ll see it live later this year.
