Im not here to say if it should be locked or not, but one think I wondered is why there was not a post by a mod/staff explaining why they locked it, I thought that was the procedure.

Absolutely not sure why the thread was locked without any reason whatsoever seen as it wasn’t even a week since it was Eid! Maybe after 3/4 weeks would have been an ideal time to lock it.
Anyway, this subject regarding the forum rules say religious threads are inappropriate is untrue and was already confirmed by Collis himself a year ago that it doesn’t violate any forum policy as long as people stick to the subject matter. Here is the link to Collis’ post
