Hi,

I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back but I need to get onto my account because the theme I’m using for my website isn’t working right anymore for whatever reason. I bought the theme like 5 months ago and no problems until now so I tried logging into my theme forest account so I can see if there is an update to my theme or contact the developer but it asked me to reset my password. I got the email, followed the instructions and made a new password. On the first attempt to log on with the new password it says I’ve been locked out and it’s been like this for 3 days and I need to get on desperately as I use my site for jobs / portfolio.

My username is Kri5toph3r if that helps and the unique ID # is (45446)

I have been locked out of my account as well – no reason. My unique id is 45297. I am a good customer, have purchased about 6 – 10 themes and about 4 plugins that I don’t have access to. I was planning to purchase 2 more. I need to update my Revolution Slider and now I am stuck. All I got was an auto response—-not to panic – mind you.

Thanks. I am still bummed out that it took so long to get a human reply. Not able to do anything about my sites and prospective sites for 4 days. ( I did post another ticket before). Is this process going to be resolved anytime soon? I may have to hedge my bets and buy themes elsewhere as well. Meanwhile. Thank you for resolving this.

Yeah sorry about that. We’d be the first to accept that 5-6 days is far too long to wait for a reply, especially in fast-paced creative environment.

That’s definitely the plan. Current waiting times are nearly half what they were a few weeks ago, and without revealing too much, there are one or two things in the pipeline that should lead to better efficiency and shorter waiting times soon :)
