Logo Wanted

Hi, Im looking for somebody to design me a logo for my scooter performance parts website. ‘WÖLFE PERFORMANCE ” I actually like this : http://www.wolfeperformance.co.uk/img/logo.jpg?1351816242 but need it to say Wolfe Performance with Scooter Parts in a smaller font underneath. I would also like dual checkered flags behind the word ‘Performance’

Im not looking to spend lots of money on this as the site isnt generating any cash as yet.
