Recently got a PSD theme accepted and learning the Wordpress development is a lot harder than I expected and will take some more time for me, but I really just want to have at least one item in each category while I’m learning. So I am looking for a developer to do a 50/50 split on my latest theme (on my profile)
I would like to do an HTML and Wordpress version, let me know if you are interested
thanks guys.
More like 90/10 split if u ask me

Come on! Dont be so rude. The most important thing here is the design.
I wasn’t being rude, you just don’t like my opinion.
Yeah, there was nothing rude about @SyamilMJ’s reply.
50/50 isn’t fair for the person converting a PSD file into a functioning WordPress theme, and then there’s support for the item.
90/10 is a little disappointing something like 65/35 i would be willing to consider anyone interested feel free to let me know, or contact me with any offers you have
also if anyone is looking to do this with a couple of themes let me know!
- Sold between 100 000 and 250 000 dollars
- Won a Competition
- Author was Featured
- Item was Featured
- Referred between 500 and 999 users
- Author had a Free File of the Month
- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Bought between 10 and 49 items
leanonzero saidBeing a psd, the developer would need to create a template first, then convert to wp, meaning whole html/css/js/php work, browser testing on desktop/mobile and all support once theme is online.

Honestly ? you’ll never find a good developer which such share requirements.

And the funny thing is that everyone’s looking for 50-50 like it’s actually a fair rate. Probably a fair rate for a full-coded html template.
so 50% WP dev + support 50% PSD + HTML – from here I’d say 30% PSD and 20% HTML .
So a 70 – 30 would be fair for me.
edit: decided I don’t wanna post any more, it’s not worth it. Undermining design over development or vice versa is a stupid thing to do.

I guess everyone has their own opinion, I mean there are people who would do it either way. I personally think it just depends on the situation I mean someone might just want to code something and take no part in design or vice versa (lot of free time, no inspiration, whatever the case may be). Regardless everyone is going to have a different opinion about it. No point in getting all worked up over it lol
Still if anyone has any offers feel free to contact me through my profile
