I’m looking for a website that is for free us to start a forum community. I would like you help if you know some good website who gives this server.

I just need a forum with all the features that I can design as well a bit and that it will be for free.

If you can host it on your own then you can try PhpBB, or Vanilla. Try searching for these on google. There are also custom themes available here on Themeforrest for forums.
