Hello everyone,

My name is Georgi and I am a web developer. My designing skills are at a very low level, that is why I am looking for a good designer to partner with.

The expected workflow is the following:

- We both discuss the design functionality and vision (with more participation of your part, you are the designer)

- You create the design (and the required thumbnail images) and do fixes until it gets approved

- I submit it under my account

- I create HTML/CSS and Wordpress versions and submit them

- I provide support (for the code)

- We share profit the following way: you get 100% from PSDs and 30% from HTML and Wordpress

If you already have approved designs here – it is a huge plus.

Please show me examples of your work.

Why designer who can make psd to be approved here would give it to be approved under your account?

It would be best if they all are in one account, so I can ask the same question. So why should I give the HTML & Wordpress versions to be uploaded at his/her account? They must be in somebody’s account!

It is all about agreement and trust.

No trust over internet. Psd should be on designer’s account and if you develop it later in html and / or wp those versions go to your account. Designer handle customers on his/her account and psd version of work and you answering questions about your html/ wp work on your account. Simple as that.

Works for me too. As I said, I thought it would be best if they are all in one account, but I can agree with you.

you will make more money if you upload to one account. That is why. The percentages is based on sales. if you split the sales, it will take longer to hit the higher percentage
