Looking for a great designer - long term relationship

I represent a software dev company. We make really cool apps, often times we get themes and ideas from sites like TF (which rock). There are times we need original ideas regarding the UI/UX of a site and for these times it would be awesome to have a go to person that we could over time work with and form a relationship with. As to avoid working with a new guy all the time for each project.

We like to work under hourly engagements and by no means do we think it costs $100 for an entire site, or even the ideas for the comps for a site. We believe in fair rates for good work.

If you have coding experience with xhtml and js/jquery that would be even better so we can skip some steps between design and my server side guys getting their hands on it . If not we can handle the markups of the designs so please reply if you are interested either way.

To start, we would like to check out some of your work, and then assign a small project (paid of course) and then go from there.
