Looking for a web-site template to publish a stand alone site for a series of “Top 10” -type lists. Each item on the list would be a profile (like a profile of a person). It would be great if the entire list would be visible/scroll-able on a page e.g. like a list of products on an e-commerce page. Enabling some minimum search capability and the ability to “drill down” into an item on the list to see more would be great.

The e-commerce templates look overly complicated (e.g. I don’t need all checkout, and all the wiz-bang promotional stuff). Maybe something like a “nicely designed”, more visual craigs list?

Any template recommendations? Thanks.

Any preferences regarding a CMS? I know Joomla has some 3rd party plugins like ZOO or K2 which would help you create something like this. Also, you could try using a e-commerce theme: I know e.g. woocommerce has a ‘catalog-mode’, so it will hide all Cart-functionalities.

Good luck! :)
