Hey guys, I had an idea in mind for quite some time now but i was too sure that it would work until i read the post about the new marketplace author who sold over $1,000,000.

I’m a professional graphic designer and I’ve designed lots of websites, banners, logos etc…for big companies, small ones, for individuals and so on. I wanted to start making themes for WordPress but because i’m not too familiar with that platform, i dropped the idea. I believe that you can create something amazing only if you are very good at it. My forte is graphic design not WP coding.

I’m looking for a programmer who to do a partnership with me to work on WP themes for Themeforest. I will work on the design and you do the coding. I’m not going to say that we’ll do a 50/50 partnership because i know that the programming part involves more work than the design process. Maybe 60/40 or 70/30….We can discuss about this later.

If anyone is interested, get in touch with me and we’ll see how we can work together.

Thanks, Krishley

Best way to get into selling Themes as a designer here and finding a partnership with a developer is by designing a PSD theme first and uploading it for sale, if it’s good and it sells – you’ll find collaborators easy.

What digitalscience said is the best option. However if you can provide a link to your web design portfolio or some of your work then it might help too.

I think that will be better. I will do that.

I wouldn’t mind taking a look at what you’ve designed as well, krishley.
