I am actually looking for a designer partner. Here is my thread.
I haven’t done a WordPress theme but I have plenty of development experience (10+ year), mostly PHP.
I did code Joomla themes in the past, worked with Symfony framework, coded/themed Typo3 CMS sites, etc.
