Not a whole lot along those lines on Envato… Only ones I know of are gonTracker (HTML5 app, hasn’t been updated in 2 years), TORNADO (PHP, hasn’t been updated in a year), and Freelance Cockpit (PHP, recently updated but looks like overkill for your purposes. Lots of free or moderately priced webapps (mostly hosted) out there though…

Most people in those situations use a service (of which there are hundreds all at varying pricing) that hooks in to an invoicing or project management app – you get desktop timers / web based timers also and can choose a task working on / staff member etc.
