Looking for Subscriber Plugin or Join our Mailing-list Plugin...

Hi Everyone. I’m getting a bit lost here with what I’m looking for… and I hope you can help me here to find the item I need. or at less something like.

I’m looking for a Newsletter Subscriber with only Email option and submit button that will gather all the emails to a place where I can download as CSV or even copy and paste all together. (easy way to import the emails)

Any idea everyone? *I need it for HTML platform, Thanks for the help!
