To be honest, theme support is an important key for us to be successful here. We reached Elite Author level with only one WP theme + good support last year. That’s the fact! So, we keep trying to improve our theme support quality.
For now, there is only one person who handle all theme support. It is me, the developer of PrimaThemes team. And it is not enough now. Sometimes I can’t reach our support forum for some days because of my busy schedule. So, I need a support staff to help me out with theme support.
- Good WordPress Knowledge.
- WP E -Commerce, WooCommerce, and JigoShop Knowledge is a huge plus.
- Fluent English and good communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude, treat each other (our buyers) in a friendly manner.
You only need to spend your time at least one hour per day (Monday-Friday) to answer unresolved topics in our support forum. Don’t worry, I will be also active in our support forum. So, you can leave the advanced topics to me. We will be a good team…
We also have Premium Support section where you can get extra cash for doing small customizations for our buyers. Yes, some buyers are happy to pay some bucks to get our “private” help.
