Lost all my files

Hi if support can see this message, but my place burned down and i lost everything in there plus my files of all the purchased products with envato, the issue here is that some of the files that i want and i need is for some reason not available anymore either the author is not in themeforest or the file is withdrawn off themeforest for whatever reason it is, can i get help from support to give those copies that i cant redownload anymore. And i have two accounts over that and i purchased over 1000 products

Sorry to hear hope all else is well.

Now as for the files I don’t think its going to be possible to get them back, If they’ve been removed it means they’ve also been removed from the server as Envato doesn’t own the rights to any of the files authors do so once its removed either by the author or by Envato legally they can’t keep them on the servers(I believe there’s a grace period.) Which is part of the reason they say download them right away.

For the future, I’d suggest using something like CrashPlan – Cloud Backup

Hey Bahij, sorry to hear about your loss, I hope you and your family are okay. Your best option is to create a support ticket and they will do what they can to help you. However, OrganicBeeMedia is correct, we can’t keep files on our servers once they have been removed. I hope this helps and good luck with everything.
